Thematic Coverage - Management in Organizations
This thematic coverage researches the processes of creating structures, processes, and resources from public and private organizations that allow them to be competitive and lead strategic actions in tune with the challenges of the environment. In this sense, the paradigms, concepts, techniques, and tools that give meaning and directionality to the strategic actions of organizations, and allow them to respond in a timely and effective manner to the requirements of the process of change in the current global and competitive context, are addressed.
Objectives of the thematic coverage:
- To establish the essential relationships of the most important approaches on organization theory to organizational situations and processes of current relevance.
- To determine the scope, consequences, and implications of the fundamental assumptions in organization theory.
