Abstract

En el año 1985, los autores reportaron el primer casode cierre primario de la gastrosquisis en Venezuela.La intención de este trabajo es hacer una revisión delpasado y presente del tratamiento de esta no tan rarapatología del recién nacido, presentando, la técnicaactual denominada Simil-Exit.

SUMMARYIn 1985, the authors reported the first case of primaryclosure of Gastrosquisis in Venezuela. The intentionof this work is to review the past and present of thetreatment of this, not so rare pathology of the newborn,presenting the current technique called Simil-Exit.
