Abstract

Adolescents are susceptible to mental disorders due to family problems, peer problems, and personal stress. Problems are inevitable, but strong people can overcome difficulties in their own way. This means that the ability to survive will turn problems into challenges. This study is qualitative research using a literature review approach related to developing strategies to reduce mental health disorders in adolescents. In addition, focus group discussion (FGD) and in-depth interview techniques were used. The informants involved in this study came from the health office, the education and culture office, school principals, teachers in the field of Counseling Guidance (BK), teachers in the field of arts, culture, and works (SBK), students and parents of students.
