Abstract

The effect of workload and work environment on employee performance is very influential. Providing workload effectively is useful for knowing the extent to which employees can be given the maximum workload. Primarily, for healthcare workers, the workload should be properly distributed because it is not only about patient services, but they also need to pay attention to their own health from various kinds of infectious diseases in the healthcare facility. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the health of workers’ anxiety in dealing with tuberculosis patients at Batua Health Center, Makassar City.
