Coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) is an uncommon condition and is defined as dilatation of the coronary artery exceeding 50 % of the reference vessel diameter or more than 1.5 times the diameter of normal adjacent segments or the diameter of the patient’s largest coronary artery. The reported incidence of coronary aneurysms ranges from 0.3 % to 5 %, with a predilection to men more than to women, and proximal than to distal segments of the coronary bed.Downloads
