Last December, the journal Gestión I+D celebrated ten years of commitment to research, innovation, and scientific dissemination, recognizing a path of collective effort, academic rigor, and passion for sharing knowledge beyond its borders. Since its first publication in 2016, it has established itself as a plural and open space, with electronic access and an international character. During this time, 20 editions and 153 articles have been published, with the participation of 456 researchers from 13 countries, supported by an editorial team of 19 professionals from 8 countries and a review committee of 284 specialists from 27 nations. This effort has made it possible to consolidate a transparent and reliable system, with an average of 92 days of evaluation and a 37% acceptance rate, which has strengthened the credibility of the journal. The impact is reflected in more than 146,316 visits and 59,823 downloads from 120 countries, as well as 24 inclusions in different directories, catalogs, and databases. Over the years, Gestión I+D has incorporated HTML and EPUB formats, organized an international commemorative forum, and adopted editorial policies on the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Likewise, with the institutional support of the Central University of Venezuela and the Council for Scientific and Humanistic Development, it incorporates the DOI in its publications. With these actions, the journal reaffirms its vocation to be a bridge between research and society, inviting new generations to continue broadening horizons and consolidating a future where knowledge multiplies and becomes an engine of transformation
