Materials and Methods: A systematic review was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Studies published between 2013 and 2023 in PubMed, EBSCOhost, Scopus, Science Direct, and Google Scholar were analyzed. Methodological quality was assessed using STROBE and ROB 2 criteria.
