Sleep disturbance is a common reason for seeking primary health care providers` medical attention and maybe the first manifestation of arterial hypertension (AH) at the disease onset. An uncontrolled blood pressure (BP) increase aggravates the course of physiological processes and increases cardiovascular complication (CVC) risk, even with a short AH duration.
