Brechas de competencias digitales en educación superior: una revisión sistemática

El objetivo fue identificar los factores que contribuyen a las brechas de competencias digitales en la educación superior. Para ello, se realizó una revisión sistemática utilizando el método PRISMA, con las bases de datos Scopus y WoS; se analizaron artículos entre 2020 y 2024. Luego de aplicar las fases de PRISMA, se determinaron 38 estudios para la revisión. Se identificaron factores clave como el acceso a recursos tecnológicos, las desigualdades en la apropiación y formación en competencias digitales, el impacto de la pandemia, y las diferencias de género y diversidad. Los hallazgos revelaron que la insuficiente infraestructura tecnológica y el acceso desigual a recursos digitales amplía las brechas de competencias digitales, limitando la participación equitativa en los procesos educativos. Se recomienda realizar estudios posteriores que permitan proponer estrategias que mitiguen las brechas de competencias digitales y evaluar su efectividad en el contexto de la educación superior.Descargas
