Abstract

La técnica de Duhamel para el tratamiento quirúrgico de la enfermedad de Hirschsprung ha sido objeto de importantes modificaciones en el transcurso del tiempo. La introducción de la sutura mecánica en los últimos años ofrece algunas ventajas añadidas a la técnica original.

Duhamel’s technic for treatment of Hirschsprung’s disease has been substantially modified with time. The introduction of mechanical sutures in the last few years add some advantages to the original technic.
