Abstract

Los avances científicos y tecnológicos paulatinamente incrementan el costo de la salud y sabemos que los recursos son finitos y las demandas infinitas, esto lleva a decidir cuánto del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB), debe ser dedicado a la salud y en dónde debe ser invertido para mayor eficacia y eficiencia.
