Lactato deshidrogenasa total y sus isoenzimas LDH1, LDH2,LDH3, LDH4, LDH5, en el diagnóstico diferencial del síndrome ascítico

Resumen

Fueron estudiados los valores de lactato deshidrogenasa total y sus isoenzimas LDH1, LDH2, LDH3, LDH4 y LDH5 en el suero sanguíneo de 50 personas normales (25 hombres y 25 mujeres) y en el suero sanguíneo y líquido ascítico de 107 pacientes, 74 hombres y 33 mujeres, y cuyas edades oscilaron entre 16 y 78 años.

Lactic dehydrogenase activity and LDH isoenzyme electrophoretic pattern of blood serum and ascitic fluid in 107 patients (74 males and 33 females) with cirrhosis of the liver, congestive heart failure, and malignant neoplasm were determined simultaneously.
