Abstract

Con este número culminamos el 2015, un año lleno de serios problemas en el área de la salud, con una importante disminución en las condiciones de asistencia de las instituciones hospitalarias, así como en su dotación material y humana. Igualmente el deterioro de la situación universitaria, ha devenido en un factor negativo a lo interno.
