Abstract

Summary
Angiokeratomas are benign proliferations characterized by dilated thin wall blood vessels in upper dermis with overlying epidermal hyperkeratosis. Fordyce’s angiokeratoma or angiokeratoma of the scrotum is more common in adult or older men. Probably there may be a causal relationship between angiokeratoma of the scrotum and increased pressure of the scrotal veins, specially by a varicocele, even though the varicocele may be asymptomatic and only detectable by Doppler ultrasound examination. We report 2 cases in young men, one of them associated with bilateral varicocele. The subject is reviewed.skin lesion on the nose.
