Resumo

Se presentan los conceptos básicos acerca del Derecho de Autor dentro de la norma venezolana, así como los derechos morales y patrimoniales que son propios de los autores por sus obras.

The basic concepts about Copyright within the Venezuelan norm are presented, as well as the moral and patrimonial rights that are proper of the authors for their works.
