Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión bibliográfica sobre los fracasos en implantología debido a factores microbiológicos, indicando la flora bacteriana asociada a estos procesos infecciosos así como la correlación etiopatogénica que existe en la enfermedad periodontal. También se establecen en esta revisión los aspectos más relevantes en el tratamiento antibiótico de las perimplantitis.

ABSTRACT:
The objective of the present article is to know the microbiological aspect of the Implantology: the more frequent specific microorganisms in this infection, the microbiological factors associated with implant failure, the interrelation with the etiopatogenic of the periodontal disease and antibiotic treatment of the periimplantitis.
