Objective: To design the fetal atrioventricular annular plane systolic excursion nomogram in a group of patients with a pregnancy between 20 and 38 weeks who attend Maternidad Concepción Palacios, in the period between September and December 2019. Methods: Prospective, descriptive and transversal study was carried out. 270 patients between 20 and 38 weeks of gestation were included to whom it was mesured the fetal tricuspid and mitral annular plane systolic excursion and this were related to gestational age and fetal heart area. Results: The measurement of the tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE) of 55.2% of the population is between 5.6 and 8 mm; while for the mitral annular plane systolic excursion (MAPSE) 51% of patients have values ranging from 3.1 to 5 mm. A tendency to increase in both is clearly denoted, as the weeks of pregnancy pass and the fetal heart area grows, obtaining that TAPSE increases, in 0.29 mm (r = 0.869; p = 0.000) and MAPSE increases, in 0.212 mm (r = 0.856; p = 0.000) on average, for each week of gestation. Conclusions: Fetal atrioventricular annular systolic excursion increases under a linear tendency in relation to gestational age and fetal heart area. The obtained nomograms can be useful both for the screening of fetal cardiac dysfunction in patients without comorbidities and in the evaluation of pregnant women with maternal or fetal pathologies that condition fetal systolic cardiac dysfunction
