| Abstract: | Because the new conceptualization of health and the appearance of the Biopsychosocial Model,
is constant, in the hospital environment, the interest in the search for a space to create an inter
and transdiciplinary team to contribute with the patients' health. Furthermore, the investigation of
Pescatori, Spyrou and Pulvirenti (2006) introduce the interest in the relation about psychological
diagnostics and colorectal diseases; for this reason, it is constructed a retrospective analysis of
the reference motives for psychological consultation evaluated by a group of general surgeons of
the Coloproctology specialization of the University Hospital of Caracas. This analysis was done
using descriptive statistics (between February to December) . It covers a period from, analyzing
the data through the descriptive statistics of variables such as: age, sex, reference |
| Description: | A partir de la nueva conceptualización de la salud y la aparición del Modelo Biopsicosocial, es
constante el interés, dentro del ambiente hospitalario, en la búsqueda de un espacio para
conformar un equipo inter y transdiciplinario para contribuir con la recuperación de la salud de
los pacientes. Además, en la investigación planteada por Pescatori, Spyrou y Pulvirenti (2006)
se observa el interés acerca de la relación existente entre algunos diagnósticos psicológicos y
los transtornos anorectales; por lo cual se realizó un análisis retrospectivo de los motivos de
referencia a consulta psicológica valorados por un grupo de cirujanos generales de la
especialización en Coloproctología del Hospital Universitario de Caracas. Se abarca un período
comprendido desde febrero a diciembre del 2017, analizando los datos a través de los
estadísticos descriptivos de variables como: la edad, el sexo, el mes de referencia, el diagnóstico
médico y el motivo de referencia a psicológica. |
