Reconstrucción epistémica del cáncer pulmonar tabáquico

Resumen

El cáncer pulmonar es la primera causa de mortalidad por cáncer en el mundo para ambos sexos. La epidemiaes devastadora y sin esperanzas de solución debido alprogresivo incremento del hábito tabáquico. Nuestro deber es contribuir a aliviar la realidad presente pormedio de una más acorde interpretación de la articulación fenotipo-genotipo para reconstruir la episteme que sirvede fundamento al modelo biomédico, para el abordaje del cáncer pulmonar tabáquico. La metodología empleada está guiada por el paradigma de la complejidad: momentos cuantitativos, cualitativos y dialécticos, los cuales en este caso específico se complementan, emergiendo la estrategia como método durante la investigación. Los hallazgos resultantes de la exploración temática nosinducen a consideraciones preliminares que pueden servirde modelo para nuevas y mejores realizaciones.

SUMMARY

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer related mortally in the world in both genders. The epidemic is devastating and there is not much hope to reach a solution because of the progressive increment in the tobaccosmoking habit. Our duty is to contribute to alleviate the present reality by having a more appropriate interpretationof the phenotypic-genotypic relationship to reconstruct the episteme that serves as the basis of the biomedicalmodel, which dictates the procedures of medical attentions related to the tobacco induced lung cancer.The methodology employed is guide by the complexityparadigm: quantitative, qualitative, and dialectics moments,which in this specific case complement each other,the strategy emerging as the method during the experience.The results obtained in this investigation lead topreliminary considerations that serve as model for newand better realizations.
