Algunos aspectos de la exhumación del Dr. Luis Razetti

Resumen

Este trabajo presenta una contribución en forma de síntesis, en relación con la solicitud formulada por la Academia Nacional de Medicina, las gestiones de su directiva para la época, en unión de otras instituciones que apoyaron el traslado de los restos del doctor Luis Razetti del Cementerio General del Sur al Panteón Nacional; sin duda el máximo exponente de esa iniciativa fue el Académico doctor Ricardo Archila, gran divulgador y biógrafo por
excelencia del maestro.
Se expone la forma en que un número específico de
fotografías (61) que me fueron entregadas y en las cuales
se da vida al acto de exhumación del sabio maestro, se
rememora la exhumación e inhumación, las personalidades
que asistieron a la misma, los discursos de los Académicos
designados por esta Corporación, en el Paraninfo del
Palacio de las Academias Dr. Gabriel Briceño Romero,
Presidente de la Institución en el Panteón Nacional, el
Dr. Ricardo Archila, con asistencia de las autoridades
del gobierno y distinguidos ciudadanos, incluyendo al
Presidente de la República, Dr. Luis Herrera Campins
al más alto homenaje póstumo que concede la República
a un ciudadano esclarecido como fue el Fundador de la
Academia Nacional de Medicina.

SUMMARY
This work presents is a synthesis, of the request made
by the National Academy of Medicine, and the efforts of its
directors at the time, together with other institutions that
supported the transfer of the remains of Dr. Luis Razetti of
the southern General Cemetery to the National Pantheon.
Undoubtedly the greatest exponent of this initiative was
the academic doctor Ricardo Archila, great popularizer
and biographer par excellence of the master.
It exposes the way in which a specific number of
photographs (61) that were given to me and in which life
is given to the Act of exhumation of the master, recalls the
exhumation and burial, the personalities who attended
the same, and the speeches of academics appointed by
this Corporation, in the Auditorium of the Palace of the
Academies. Dr. Gabriel Briceño Romero President of the
institution in the National Pantheon, the Dr. Ricardo Archila,
with the assistance of the authorities of the Government
and distinguished citizens, including the President of
the Republic, Dr. Luis Herrera Campins to the highest
posthumous homage, granting the Republic an enlightened
citizen as he was the founder of the National Academy of
Medicine.
