The duration of the diseases was> 10 years, coffee consumption was the most prominent habit with 78.33%, and the majority were sedentary with 64.16% and the last six tables the most described medical event was dizziness with 27, 56%. In 85.84% of the cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus they were not controlled. 67% of the cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus surveyed consider that their disease is not under control, and the doctors considered that 79.17% of the patients did not have adequate control.
