Estado del arte de la sustentabilidad y su incidencia en la gestión de proyectos

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar el estado del arte de la sustentabilidad y su incidencia en el área de gestión de proyectos. El estudio se enmarcó en una investigación documental y se utilizó la técnica de revisión bibliográfica y análisis de contenido para recuperar e interpretar la información relevante relacionada con el tema. La búsqueda se realizó en la base de datos Lens.org, que dispone de la aplicación “Analysis” para obtener las tendencias de interés y el universo de información se acotó al periodo de tiempo 2011-2022. También se usaron los resultados de encuestas realizadas por organizaciones privadas en gestión de proyectos, cuyas contribuciones reflejan la importancia de la sustentabilidad en esta área. Los principales resultados indican que la sustentabilidad en la gestión de proyectos es un área aún incipiente que requiere vencer algunos desafíos para lograr integrar este aspecto como parte esencial, no solo en los entregables, sino también en todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto
