Abstract

El nevus de Becker es un hamartoma hiperpigmentado benigno, de bordes irregulares. Aunque las lesiones suelen manifestarse en la adolescencia, éstas pueden estar presentes al nacimiento y constituyen una parte del espectro de los llamados síndromes de
nevus epidérmico. Reportamos el caso de un paciente joven quien presentó un nevus de Becker extenso ubicado en tórax anterior y cuello.
