Visión Práctica para Comprender La Gestión del Conocimiento en las Organizaciones Sociales

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene su base investigativa en un trabajo doctoralpresentado en el 2015.10 En el artículo enfoca el tema, desde la practicidad o utilidad de lagestión del conocimiento de las organizaciones para poder comprender su significado. Seabordó el tema, desde los antecedentes de la gestión del conocimiento, un históricoimportante para las organizaciones sociales, profundizando en la conceptualización, quebrinda un desarrollo del aprendizaje organizacional. Finalmente, los paradigmas depensamiento que han permeado a la sociedad, permitiendo deducir la gestión delconocimiento en el actuar de las organizaciones, como por ejemplo en las organizacionescomunitarias.

Abstract

This work has its research base, the doctoral thesis; The management of theknowledge for the communal tips as organizations of the Venezuelan society. Articlefocuses on the subject, from convenience or usefulness of the communal councils (CC)knowledge management) in order to understand its meaning. The issue was raised from thebackground to the management of knowledge, a historically important for socialorganizations, delving deep into the conceptualization, which also provides a developmentof organizational learning.
