Sostenibilidad energética en Venezuela: Travesía epistemológica

Abstract

La concepción epistemológica y filosófica de la energía, vista desde el ámbito de la sostenibilidad en la sociedad, transita inicialmente, en su generación de conocimientos, a través de una mirada pluriparadigmática a la temática de estudio, explicado a la luz de la intersubjetividad y la fenomenología hermenéutica, con compromiso ontológico y enfoque constructivista, al considerar que la realidad existe y es objetiva, partiendo hacia la elaboración de un constructo que permita comprender el tema matriz energética con el apoyo de fuentes documentales mundiales, para finalmente proponer científica y tecnológicamente a través de las herramientas de la prospectiva el enfoque energético gasífero venezolano.

Energy sustainability in Venezuela: Epistemological voyage

ABSTRACT

The epistemological and philosophical conception of energy, seen from the perspective of sustainability in society, transits initially, in its generation of knowledge, through a pluriparadigmatic look at the subject of study, explained in the light of intersubjectivity and hermeneutic phenomenology, with ontological commitment and constructivist approach, considering that reality exists and is objective, starting with the elaboration of a construct that allows to understand the energy matrix theme with the support of world documentary sources, to finally propose scientifically and technologically through the tools of foresight the Venezuelan gas energy approach.
