Abstract

El desarrollo de los implantes dentales revolucionó las posibilidades de rehabilitación de pacientes parcial o totalmente desdentados. Hoy es posible ofrecer; la técnica de carga inmediata si bien no se ha definido una técnica, la rehabilitación en poco tiempo y con algunas ventajas sobre la técnica estándar, en este trabajo presentamos los conceptos de carga, implantes inmediatos post-exodoncia y tasas de éxito de este procedimiento.
