| Abstract: | El proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal proponer una metodología para construir y hacer seguimiento a una Agenda de Gobierno del Eje Nor-Occidental del estado Guárico para lograr el Desarrollo Regional Sostenible con Participación Social; se plantea responder interrogantes acerca de los enfoques considerados en la formulación de una Agenda de Gobierno, estrategias para la implementación de la Agenda de Gobierno; se realizará un análisis del marco constitucional, legal e institucional con la finalidad de determinar qué elementos son necesarios para formular una Agenda de Gobierno y cuáles son fundamentales en su construcción y seguimiento. La metodología a utilizar es la investigación exploratoria y la descriptiva, la investigación documental, la observación participante y la clasificación de la información. |
| Description: | The research project's main objective is to propose a methodology for building and tracking a Government Agenda North-West Axis of Guárico state to achieve Sustainable Regional Development Social Participation; arises answer questions about the approaches considered in the formulation of Government Agenda, strategies for implementation of the Agenda for Government; an analysis of the constitutional, legal and institutional framework in order to determine which elements are necessary to develop an Agenda for Government and which are essential in construction and will be tracked. The methodology used is exploratory and descriptive research, documentary research, participant observation and classification of information. |
