| Abstract: | El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre flujo de bomba sanguínea y la calidad de vida de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en estadio V que reciben hemodiálisis, es una investigación descriptiva con un diseño de campo de cohorte correlacional; la población estuvo conformada por 20 pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica que reciben hemodiálisis en la unidad de nefrología del hospital Dr. Miguel Pérez Carreño, se aplico a los pacientes una encuesta conformada por 21 ítems con alternativas siempre, casi siempre y nunca sobre calidad de vida, se aplica una guía de observación con 7 ítems para determinar los parámetros del monitor, los resultados obtenidos demuestran que al incrementar el flujo de bomba sanguínea a 500ml/min., utilizar una membrana de alta eficiencia y contar con un buen acceso vascular incrementa la calidad de vida del paciente en hemodiálisis. |
| Description: | The objective was to determine the relationship between blood pump flow and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease stage V receiving hemodialysis, is a descriptive study with a cohort design field correlation, the population consisted of 20 patients with chronic kidney disease receiving hemodialysis in the nephrology unit of the hospital Dr. Miguel Perez Carreño, was applied to patients a survey comprised 21 items with alternatives always, almost always and never on quality of life, apply an observation guide with 7 items to determine the parameters of the monitor, the results show that increasing the flow of blood pump to 500ml/min., use a high efficiency membrane and have a good vascular access increases the quality of life of patients on hemodialysis |
