| Abstract: | El objeto de esta investigación, es plantear las formas de participación y la regulación de las actividades ejecutadas por los niños niñas y adolescentes que se encuentran en circunstancias especialmente difíciles incorporados al sector de la economía formal mediante su incorporación como asociados en las asociaciones cooperativas. A los fines de garantizar los derechos y el cumplimiento de los deberes de los niños niñas y adolescentes, se presentan definiciones, lineamientos y marcos procedimentales, tomando en cuenta que el trabajo infantil es un flagelo, que mientras exista, se hace necesario garantizar la integridad, la salud, la educación, la recreación del niño y el adolescente trabajador. Siendo importante mostrar que el derecho a la libre asociación, es un derecho humano que debe impulsar la libertad de creencia y pensamiento siempre que estos sean de carácter licito. |
| Description: | The purpose of this investigation, is to establish the forms of participation and the regulation of the activities carried out by children and adolescents in especially difficult circumstances, who are incorporated into the formal sector of economy through its integration as partners in the cooperative associations. With the purpose of ensuring the rights and responsabilities of children and adolescents, I present definitions, guidelines, procedural frameworks taking into account that child labor is a scourge that as long as exist, will be necessary ensure the integrity, health, education, recreation of the worker child and adolescent. It is also important to show that the right to freedom of association, is a human right that should provide a boost to the freedom of belief and thoughts, as long as they are of a lawful nature. |
