| Abstract: | We present a case of male brown patient with primary injury in right foot fingers with six months of evolution. During hospitalization did episode of intestinal obstruction, he was taken to operating room by finds of metastasis in thin handles and mesentery that they were determining intussusception of a segment of jejune.
