dc.descriptionThis research purpose is to provide an analysis of the treatment of gender in the process of subjectivation during the armed conflict and the human rights violation. Specific Objectives: (a) To meet the general aspects of the armed conflict in the XXI Century. (B) To investigate the position of International Humanitarian Law in Armed Conflicts front and Gender in the First Decade of the XXI Century. (C) To identify the gender situation during armed conflicts that occurred in the first decade of the XXI century. (D) To analyze the prospective vision of Gender during Armed Conflict in the coming decades of the XXI Century. Research questions: What are the general aspects of the Armed Conflict in the Twenty-First Century?, What is the position of international humanitarian law against Armed Conflict and Gender in the First Decade of the XXI Century?, What is the Gender situation during armed conflicts that occurred during the first decade of the century?, and What is the prospective view Gender from the Armed Conflict for the coming decades of the XXI Century?. Methodology: quantitative paradigm, method type Documentary- Historical Research in the discipline of Human Rights, and Bibliographic Descriptive. Process Phases: 1st choice and delimitation of the investigation subject. 2nd Data collection. 3rd Data organization. 4th Research organization. And 5th Research report organization.es_VE
dc.description.abstractEl propósito de esta investigación es ofrecer un análisis del tratamiento del Género en el proceso de subjetivación durante el Conflicto Armado y la contravención de los Derechos Humanos. Objetivos Específicos: (a) Conocer los aspectos generales del Conflicto Armado en el Siglo XXI. (b) Indagar la posición del Derecho Humanitario Internacional frente a los Conflictos Armados y al Género en la Primera Década del Siglo XXI. (c) Identificar la situación de Género en los Conflictos Armados sucedidos en la primera década del Siglo XXI. (d) Analizar la visión prospectiva del Género en los Conflictos Armados de las próximas décadas del Siglo XXI. Interrogantes de la investigación: ¿Cuáles son los aspectos generales del Conflicto Armado en el Siglo XXI?, ¿Cuál es la posición del Derecho Internacional Humanitario frente a los Conflictos Armados y al Género en la Primera Década del Siglo XXI?, ¿Cuál es la situación de Género en los Conflictos Armados sucedidos en la primera década del Siglo XXI? y ¿Cuál es la visión prospectiva de Género en los Conflictos Armados de las próximas décadas del Siglo XXI?. Metodología: Paradigma Cuantitativo, modalidad Documental de tipo Investigación Histórica en la disciplina de los Derechos Humanos, y Bibliográfica, de carácter Descriptivo.
