| Abstract: | El suelo es un medio vital, complejo e inestable. Para manejarlo efectiva y sosteniblemente, debemos esforzarnos para entender sus atributos, funciones e interacciones ambientales. Para alcanzar esta finalidad holística, necesitamos superar barreras disciplinarias e institucionales así como promover la cooperación interdisciplinaria entre equipos de científicos con diferentes especialidades pero mutuamente complementarias.
