dc.description.abstractEl trabajo que se presenta a continuación cumple con la finalidad de analizar la Política Automotriz de la Comunidad Andina del año 2000, con el objeto de determinar si dicha Política contraviene o no, lo dispuesto en el Acuerdo de Medidas de Inversión relacionadas con el Comercio de la Organización Mundial de Comercio, en especial en el ámbito de los Requisitos de Desempeño. En el Marco Teórico se explican los antecedentes que tiene esta investigación y se definen los términos básicos desarrollados a lo largo del trabajo para una mejor comprensión del mismo. La metodología usada responde a un estudio documental - descriptivo, en donde se consultó la bibliografía referida al tema de investigación.es_VE
