Variaciones del tronco simpático torácico. Origen y trayecto. Variations of thoracic sympathetic trunk. Origin and trajectory.

Abstract

RESUMEN El tronco simpático torácico se extiende desde la base del cráneo hasta el cóccix y comprende el origen de los nervios esplácnicos. Para este estudio se disecaron 72 hemitórax, provenientes de 36 fetos venezolanos con edades gestacionales comprendidas entre 19 y 35 semanas, perfundidos con vinil rojo, eviscerados y preservados en formol al 10%. Las observaciones fueron:1. Origen de la cadena ganglionar simpática torácica a nivel del 1er ganglio en un 90,28%. 2. Origen a nivel de 2do ganglio en un 9,72%. 3. Origen del nervio esplácnico mayor derecho en el 7mo ganglio 11,11%, en el izquierdo en el 4to ganglio 12,5%. 4. Origen del nervio esplácnico menor derecho en el 8vo ganglio en 11,11%, izquierdo y en el 8vo ganglio en un 9,72%, 5. Origen del nervio esplácnico inferior derecho en el 10mo ganglio en un 8,33%, izquierdo 9,72% en el 10mo ganglio. Palabras clave: Tronco simpático Torácico, Origen, Trayecto, Variaciones. SUMMARY The thoracic sympathetic trunk extends from the base of the skull to the coccyx and gives origin to the splanchnic nerves. For this study, we dissected 72 hemithorax, from 36 Venezuelans fetuses whose gestational ages were from 19 to 35 weeks, red vinyl perfused, gutted and preserved in 10% formalin. The comments were: 1. Origin of the thoracic sympathetic ganglion chain at the 1st node in a 90, 28%. 2. At the 2 nd node in a 9, 72%. 3. Origin of the right greater splanchnic nerve in 7 th node 11, 11%, left at 4 12, 5% node. 4. Origin of lower right splanchnic nerve ganglion at 8 th in 11, 11%, left at 8 th node in 9, 72%. 5. Origin of lower right splanchnic nerve ganglion at 10 th in 8, 33%, 9, 72% left in the 9 th node. Key words: Thoracic sympathetic trunk, origin, course, variations.
