Cancer is the second cause of death nationwide and breast cancer is one of the highest incidence in women. General objective: Apply a model for estimating the risk of breast cancer in the population aged 30 to 35 years of the Hospital. Vargas of Caracas; evaluating an estimated population of 2000 patients and taking 200 patients as a sample, corresponding to 10% of it. Among the variables are the risk factors, the risk estimation models and the method adapted to the existing ones, suggested for the collection of required information. Methods: a descriptive, observational and cross-sectional study. Where the sample will be made up of 200 patients selected intentionally and not probabilistically. Results: biological risk factors in the age range between 30 and 35 years, the predominant age groups were 30 years (26%) preceded by women of 35 years with 25%; In relation to the family history of Cancer, 50% of the surveyed sample denied having any relative with a history of cancer, and the other 50% said they had had a relative with this diagnosis. Discussion. The risk estimation model that was designed aims to establish the risk of developing breast cancer in patients under 35 years of age in Venezuela, adapting to a Latino, multi-racial sample (or population), with a diverse genetic component, differing from all the risk estimation models developed so far; It should be noted that genetic testing was not included in the model; in view of the difficulty to carry them out in the countryen_US
