| Abstract: | This investigation analyzed the relationship between the
behavioral repertoire and the anorectal alteration based on the
Behavioral Analysis Model and Biological Health Model of
Ribes (1990). It is a non experimental, transactional, correlational
and field study. The behavioral repertoires of 30 patients with
anorectal alterations and 20 without anorectal alterations were
examined using the interview guide for the Behavioral Analysis
in Anoretal Alteration ABC (Adaptation Briceño – Contreras
2006) After comparing the repertoires of both groups we found
meaningful differences in the characteristics of the elimination
habits. The results suggest that the behaviors can be related to the
beginning and maintenance of anorectal alterations. |
| Description: | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación
entre los repertorios conductuales y las alteraciones anorrectales,
fundamentándose en los Modelos del Análisis Conductual y de
la Salud Biológica de Ribes (1990). Es de tipo no experimental,
transeccional correlacional, de campo, se exploraron los repertorios
conductuales de 30 pacientes, con alteraciones anorrectales y
de 20 personas, sin alteraciones anorrectales, empleando para
ello la Guía de Entrevista para la Exploración Conductual en
Alteraciones Anorrectales Versión ABC (Adaptación Briceño-
Contreras 2006). Al comparar los repertorios explorados en la
Guía en ambos grupos, se encontraron diferencias significativas
en las características de los hábitos de eliminación. Los resultados
sugieren que estos comportamientos pueden estar relacionados
con el inicio y mantenimiento de las alteraciones anorrectales. |
