| Abstract: | El siguiente trabajo fue realizado, desde un enfoque etnográfico, con el propósito de identificar las características que conforman la convivencia escolar y comunitaria entre sus actores sociales, a fin de construir las representaciones sociales que tienen sobre convivencia en la Unidad Educativa Colegio Aplicación, Parroquia Santa Rosa, Municipio Iribarren, estado Lara, a partir de las categorías de dichas informaciones recabadas mediante observaciones participantes y testimonios focalizados. Basado en las representaciones sociales construidas, se realizó un análisis sobre la convivencia donde se propusieron acciones educativas pertinentes en esta materia, como lo es la elaboración y socialización del manual de convivencia, reglamento interno de la institución, lo cual permitirá tomar las acciones apropiadas en casos particulares y de las jornadas diarias y así promover la dinámica escolar corresponsable, con la intención de aportar herramientas que fortalezcan la convivencia escolar y comunitaria en beneficio de ambos contextos y, de esta manera, favorecer la relación escuela, familia, comunidad a través de la promoción de una comunicación asertiva entre todos los actores sociales, ya que todos son corresponsables y copartícipes en la formación integral de los niños, niñas y de los adolescentes en dicha institución educativa. La interpretación realizada por la investigadora fue triangulada con los testimonios y observaciones registradas, así como con los planteamientos del referente teórico seleccionado (Bronfenbrenner, 1987). Por tanto, la dinámica escolar co-reconocida y corresponsable debe fortalecerse para generar co-acciones que afecten positivamente el desarrollo humano de los niños y niñas durante su formación integral. ABSTRACT: The following research was performed from the ethnographic approach, in order to identify the characteristics that make up the school and community life among their social partners, a flap of building social representations about having coexistence in Unidad Educativa Colegio Aplicación, Parroquia Santa Rosa, Municipio Iribarren, from the categories of information collected through these observations and testimonies participants focused. Based in social representations constructed, an analysis was done where the coexistence relevant education actions were proposed, as is the development and socialization of the student handbook, internal regulations of the institution realize, which is allow take appropriate actions in particular and the daily seminars and so promote the steward dynamic school with intent to provide tools to strengthen school and community life for the benefit of both contexts and cases, favoring the relationship school, family community thru promotion of an assertive social communications between the social actors because they are corresponsables and partners in the integral formation of children and adolescents in educational institution named. The interpretation made by the researcher was triangulated with testimony and registered notes, and with theoretical approaches regarding selected (bronfenbrenner, 1987). Therefore, dynamic school co-recognized and must be strengthened generate a co-actions that positively affect human development of children during his direction comprehensive training. |
