| Abstract: | El conector eléctrico, punta de lanza y razón de existencia de CONECTORES ELECTRICOS Y TELEFONICOS C.A. (COETE), es como cualquier otro producto fabril, susceptible a mejoras que pudieran lograrse efectiva y eficientemente a través de un sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC) basada en un estándar internacional, específicamente la norma ISO 9001. Este proyecto se planteó debido a la decisión estratégica de la organización de llevar su SGC al más alto nivel que le permita hacer, lo más eficiente posible, todos sus procesos. Igualmente le brinda la oportunidad de afianzar su mercado nacional y obtener mayor penetración en el mercado internacional. Lograr la transición a ISO 9001:2015 será posible a través de una propuesta basada principalmente en el análisis exhaustivo del SGC que posee actualmente la organización y luego en la generación del diseño para migración de versión adaptada totalmente a las necesidades de la misma, en el menor tiempo posible y con el mejor impacto en las expectativas del cliente. |
| Description: | The electrical connector, spearhead and reason for being of CONNECTORS electric and telephone C.A. (COETE), it is like any other industrial product, susceptible to quality improvements that could be achieved effectively and efficiently through a quality management system (QMS) based on an international standard, specifically ISO 9001 standard. This project arose due to the strategic decision of the organization to bring its QMS at the highest level where it can do, efficient as possible, all its processes. Also it gives the opportunity to strengthen its domestic market and obtain greater penetration in the international market. Make the transition to ISO 9001: 2015 will be possible through a proposal based mainly on a thorough analysis of the QMS which currently holds the organization and then design generation for migration version adapted fully to the needs of the same, in the shortest possible time and with the best impact on customer expectations. |
