Colposcopia: ZIN (30,4%), EBA (26,1%), Puntillado (17,4%), normal (15,2%), Mosaico (10,9%). Biopsia: normal (47,8%), LIEBG+VPH (32,6%), LIEAG+VPH (8,7%), Inflamatorio Severo (6,5%), Inflamatorio Moderado (4,3%), Biopsia: normal (47,8%), LIEBG+VPH (32,6%), LIEAG+VPH 8,7%, 2 Inflamatorio Severo (6,5%), Inflamatorio Moderado (4,3%). Tipificación VPH (PCR): genotipo 6 (28,3%), 11 (28,3%), 16 (2,2%), 18 (2,2%), positivo no tipificable 5 (10,9%), negativo (34,8%)
Description: The sexually active adolescents are exhibited to infections of sexual transmission (ITS) as the HPV and their association to intraepithelial injury (LIE) of uterine neck increasing the risk of cancer. Objective: To evaluate the frequency of ROLLS cervical associate to HPV in sexually active adolescents. Methods: Descriptive, prospective and analytical study that includes 46 sexually active adolescents, was realised survey, cytology, colposcopy, biopsy and standardisation (PCR) for HPV. Exclusion: Leukemia, Linfoma, VIH/SIDA, IRC, Immunosuppression, DM, Disease of colageno and RM. Results: Age average 14, secondary educative level (56.5%), age of menarcha 10-12 (60.9%), age of beginning of sexual activity average 14.65, number of sexual pairs I (58.7%). Knowledge of ITS (91.3%), HVP (69.3%), VIH/SIDA (69.6%), Gonorrhea (47.8%), Syphilis (39%), undergoes ITS (8.7%), pair with ITS (6.5%), use of condom (39%), use of oral contraceptive (41.3%), use of condom in relation to the beginning of the sexual activity was <3 months (23.9%), Cytology: ASCUS (6.5%), Inflammatory severe (8.7%), Inflammatory Inespecífico (2.2%), H-SIL+HPV (2.2%). Colposcopia: ZIN (30.4%), EBA (26.1%), Puntillado (17.4%), normal (15.2%), Mosaic (10.9%). Biopsy: normal (47.8%), LSIL+HVP (32.6%), H-SIL+HVP (8.7%), Inflammatory Severe (6.5%), Inflammatory Moderate (4.3%), Biopsy: normal (47.8%), LIEBG+HPV (32.6%), H-SIL+HPV 8.7%, Inflammatory Severe (6.5%), Inflammatory Moderate (4.3%). viral determination with polymerase chain reaction (PCR): genotype 6 (28.3%), 11 (28.3%), 16 (2.2%), 18 (2.2%), non tipificable positive 5 (10.9%), negative (34.8%). Conclusions: The adolescents represent a group of risk for HPV and SIL cervical reason why directed 3 education is due to establish, to promote precocious gynecological control, use of barrier method.
