| dc.description | The emergence of so-called organized crime networks has generated a number of changes at the political, economic and social levels in countries that are part of the international community; Since they have been evolving over the years to the point of becoming a problem of transnational character. A clear example of this is found in the case of theft of works of art and more specifically of sacred art, a highly profitable illicit activity that has led to the creation of an international black market in which various actors interact, a situation that has caused the States as the main affected are in need of establishing cooperation with several international organizations such as INTERPOL and UNESCO, to deal with this problem and prevent the theft, transfer and sale of such objects in the international market. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | El surgimiento de las llamadas redes de crimen organizado ha generado una serie de cambios a nivel político, económico y social en los países que forman parte de la comunidad internacional; ya que las mismas han venido evolucionando con el paso de años hasta el punto de convertirse en un problemática de carácter trasnacional. Un claro ejemplo de ello lo hallamos en el caso del robo de obras de arte y más específicamente de arte sacro, actividad ilícita altamente lucrativa que ha originado la creación de un mercado negro internacional en el cual interactúan diversos actores, situación que ha originado que los estados como principales afectados se vean en la necesidad de establecer lazos de cooperación con varias organizaciones internacionales como lo son la INTERPOL y la UNESCO, para hacerle frente a esta problemática e impedir el robo, traslado y venta de dichos objetos en el mercado internacional. | en_US |
