| Abstract: | La investigación analiza la regulación jurídica para la protección a la integridad física de las mujeres en situación de violencia en Venezuela, la evolución histórica de la normativa para la protección de los derechos humanos de las mujeres, los mecanismos jurídicos de protección a su integridad física y la jurisprudencia de la Sala Constitucional del máximo Tribunal de la República. Se hace un esfuerzo para verificar los avances en la protección del Derecho a la integridad física de las mujeres en situación de violencia, bajo la premisa de la efectividad de los instrumentos jurídicos nacionales e internacionales para la protección de los derechos humanos. La metodología del presente trabajo es de corte cualitativo, el tipo de investigación es documental analítica basada en investigación de instrumentos jurídicos nacionales e internacionales, sentencias y doctrina; igualmente, se realizaron entrevistas a expertos para conocer sus opiniones vinculadas al tema de la investigación |
| Description: | The research analyzes the legal regulation to protect the physical integrity of women in situations of violence in Venezuela, the historical development of regulations for the protection of human rights of women, legal mechanisms to protect their physical integrity and the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic. An effort is made to monitor progress in protecting the right to physical integrity of women in situations of violence, under the premise of the effectiveness of national and international legal instruments for the protection of human rights. The methodology of this study is qualitative, the research is based on documentary analytical research of national and international legal instruments, decisions and doctrine; also, expert interviews were conducted to ascertain their views related to the subject of the investigation. |
