| Abstract: | En este trabajo me propongo demostrar las siguientes afirmaciones: 1) La desobediencia civil pertenece al campo de lo imaginario y la imaginación; y, 2) La desobediencia civil es una práctica creativa individual y colectiva cuya finalidad es consolidar la libertad. Para ello, me apoyaré en la tesis de Cornelius Castoriadis sobre lo imaginario y la imaginación, y en el planteamiento de Etienne de La Boétie sobre la servidumbre voluntaria y en la postura de Hannah Arendt en lo atinente a la desobediencia civil. Finalmente, presentaré las conclusiones con las ideas de Erich Fromm. Abstract: In this paper I intend to demonstrate that civil disobedience belongs to the realm of the imaginary and the imagination; and, that it is an individual and collective creative practice whose purpose is to consolidate the freedom. To do this, I shall rely on the thesis by Cornelius Castoriadis on the imaginary and the imagination and on the approach of Etienne de La Boétie on the voluntary servitude and the posture of Hannah Arendt in regard to civil disobedience. Finally I will present the conclusions with the ideas of Erich Fromm. |
