Extremely well-differentiated papillary adenocarcinoma of distal common bile duct: a case report
Keywords:
well differentiated adenocarcinoma, common bile duct.Abstract
Distal bile duct cancer is a rare disease. In this work we present a case of well differentiated papillay Adenocarcinoma from common bile duct distal. Initially we perform endoscopic treatment for jaundice. At that time we observed macroscopically a nodular lesion emerging through the papilla after endoscopic infundibulotomy. The morphological findings and evidence of other parameters we sent this patient for oncologic surgical treatment.Extremely well-differentiated papillary adenocarcinoma of distal common bile duct: a case reportDownloads
