Adenocarcinoma papilar bien diferenciado de colédoco distal: reporte de un caso

Resumen

El cáncer de la vía biliar distal es una patología muy infrecuente. En este trabajo presentamos un caso de Adenocarcinoma papilar bien diferenciado de colédoco distal. Inicialmente realizamos tratamiento endoscópico para cuadro ictérico. En ese momento observamos macroscópicamente una lesión nodular que emergía a través de la papila posterior a la infundibulotomía endoscópica. Debido  a los hallazgos morfológicos y a  la evidencia de otros parámetros fue enviado para tratamiento quirúrgico oncológico.
