Abstract

Paciente femenina de 54 años de edad, fototipo III, natural y procedente de caracas, con antecedentes de acné vulgar en la adolescencia. Consulta por presentar múltiples nódulos color de la piel, de varios años de evolución, consistencia dura, no adheridos a planos profundos, sin sintomatología, localizados en mejilla derecha, borde mandibular derecho e izquierdo. Diagnóstico clínico: Nevus melanocíticos.
