Abstract

Bemisia tabaci B biotype is reported for the first time in Venezuela attacking tomato, melon, cucumber and pumpkin in two important vegetable producing regions. Determinations were based on PCR-RAPD analysis. In melon and pumpkin populations of B. tabaci biotype B and biotype non-B were found.
