Abstract

Preescolar de 5 años de edad, quien presenta úlcera limpia, cicatricial, de bordes regulares y definidos que compromete la región de la pirámide nasal, labio superior y paladar duro con exposición de la cavidad oral y nasal, cornetes y paladar blando. En ambos extremos se evidencian cicatrices hipertróficas de aspecto lineal.
