Abstract

Paciente femenino de 67 años de edad con antecedente de fractura no tratada de tercio superior de tibia y peroné hace 37 años. Se evidencia asimetría de todo el miembro inferior, aumento de volumen no doloroso, sin fóvea. En el dorso del pie se observa lesión cicatricial hiperpigmentada con centro ulcerado.
