Abstract

Paciente masculino con diagnóstico de carcinoma basocelular metatípico. Quién presenta lesión ulcerosa en región cigomática derecha, en la cual se observa exposición y fractura ósea; presenta placa hipopigmentada con telangiectasias, desde borde pre auricular hasta región orbitaria, úlcera infraorbitaria y pérdida de la anatomía del ojo derecho con ausencia de ceja y pestañas.
