| Abstract: | Este trabajo presenta la elaboración de un sistema de historia médica electrónica (HME) para los ambulatorios del programa SOS Telemedicina para Venezuela. El sistema está basado en OpenEHR Gen Framework, herramienta que fue seleccionada luego de realizar una evaluación sobre otras herramientas de HME, resultando electa por ser un marco de trabajo para crear sistemas HME que acoge varios estándares, entre ellos: OpenEHR y HL7 CDA. Se normaliza un formato de historia médica integral, basado en el análisis de los procesos asistenciales de diferentes centros de atención sanitaria de nivel ambulatorio. El sistema de historia HME resultante: SOS-HME, puede adaptarse al formato de registro clínico de un centro asistencial particular, y está en capacidad de intercambiar información clínica con otros sistemas. ABSTRACT This job presents the development of an electronic health record (EHR) system for the SOS Telemedicina ambulatory centers. The system is based in OpenEHR Gen Framework, this tool was selected after to realize an evaluation over others EHR tools, it was selected because it is a framework to build EHR systems that adopt several standars, including: OpenEHR and HL7 CDA. Also was normalized an integral history format, based in the analysis over various care process in ambulatory centers. The resulting system: SOS-HME, can to adapt to any clinical format, and it is in capacity to change clinical information with others systems. |
